Im not saying other teams arent (or havent been in their history)... but tonight, your team was. - aecliptic
Exactly. The word is overused here. For every "classless" thing one team does, we can all point to a time where pretty much every other team has done the same thing. The rough stuff after whistles, including the final whistle, is what makes the playoffs. It's hockey. |

You do realize he was not the starter on that team, right? - GioRock
Yes. The sentiment stands.
On the other hand, compared to what we rolled out in net from 2005-2011, I'd have taken Healy in a heartbeat |

funny I was thinking the same thing about you guys last game - keaner17
The game Toronto won? Because the game they played last night would be a poor one to model your game after. |

And Crosby is even worse. Didn't watch the whole game, did he try to kick JT's glove down the ice yet? |

Crosby tried to steal JT's stick, he was jealous of what JT was doing tonight and wanted to see if he used JT's stick if he can steal some magic. |

Vokoun can be very streaky. I wouldn't call it a done deal yet - keaner17
If the Penguins start Vokoun and he bombs on Thursday...then they are in trouble... |

Even though it was Nabby who did that or any Islander for that matter...it's crap like that which takes pride and integrity out if this great sport. I hate it - NewYawkIslandez
That's a foregone conclusion EVERY goaltender in the league dives. |

Yeah, starting Vokoun is a risky move. You show a lack of faith in the Flower, and if Vokoun stumbles you've got 2 rattled goalies and a team that is probably a little unsure about their keeper.
Tough call. |

I know I'm late to the party here but did anyone catch Morrow smashing Cizikas's head repeatedly into the ice right in front of the ref? WTF was that? |

Yep. We have problems with Vokoun, always had when he was in Florida but our team is a different team now. Feels good to say that |

Kid is a beast. I remember NY178 saying he was going to be a fan favourite when he was watching him at Bridgeport. That was a spot on prediction. |

That was brutal. Admittedly the refs called a couple crappy ones on the Pens but some of the stuff going on in the third was unreal. That's the playoffs. |
