you can't have it both ways... Chara hits anyone and he ends up contacting the head.... which for the most part is understandable. Watch a replay - with Jack Edwards spew fest turned off - and see the hit from two different angles you'll see the elbow comes after the hit.. and the hit is clearly to the chest. If Paille's nose did bleed its because he hit the shoulder pad on the follow through.
