I want to know how the sens player gets 2 games for a legal bodycheck with a bad end result when reasoner gets nothing for sticking his leg out and missing a knee on knee collision that had all the intent in the world behind it of injuring the Pens player.

How in the hell does this make sense? Reasoner should have been given 2-3 games and the Sens dman should have been given nothing. The 5 and a game was a gift for the Habs after that legal hit.

Carkner in for Hickey is a mistake that the Pens will expose quickly and often

Reasoner is so bad and our coach is so moronic that even as Islander fans we are all ready to call the league and Shanahan to demand a suspension on him as for the second bold Capuano is quiote possibly the stupidest man on the planet, either that or he is trying to lose for some unknown reason? How do you explain Reasoner being scratched for the last month and the team kicking a$$ and then putting him in game one of the playoffs against the best team in the league? Absolutely mind boggling.

The only possible suggestion for why he would extend his leg on that hit was if he thought Jokinen was going to get past him and he was trying to get a piece of him, but playing hockey all his life, he should know sticking out a leg in an attempt to get a piece of Jokinen's leg, was likely to result in a knee on knee collision and he got lucky he didn't hurt him seriously.

Looking at it, I believe he intended to hurt him and I also believe he should have been suspended for it. It's a reckless dangerous play.

I believe my exact words when it happened were something along the lines of:

"Reasoner you cheap mother fcker, that's a cheap shot and you should be gone"

I love watching physical hockey but cheap crap like that needs to be punished with suspensions.

BTW Potvin, not sure if you saw the kencan meltdown over the last couple of days but it came to an interesting head yesterday which landed him with a 7 game (day) suspension. Some of his internet past was presented to him, which he didn't appreciate.

The guy is a total a$$ clown. He should be banned for life. Threatening people myself included when he weighs a buck fifty soaking wet. For some unknown reason he thought I was making fun of his family when I asked him how long he was married? Completely out of his mind

Am I the only one that could see where he got confused and mistook that harmless question as a threat to make fun of his family???

I'm guessing it was the sugardaddy comments IDK? He seems to get confused pretty easy? Those comments were coming from something completely different which I'm guessing everyone on here knows about by now? It was a harmless question I can give a shat. I'd say if I was (frank)ing with him. Guy went completely nuts and started PM'ing me asking for a time and place. Not to flex my internet muscles but I'm not the kind of guy that scares too easy but meeting up with some guy that has arms like a fruit fly to fight bcs he has some kind of social disorder? That's a little out of my scope of what I consider normal behaviour . Where do you think he got "confused" though I think being confused is just a continuous state of mind for him? I'll fack with someone with the best of them but I'm not going to target someone's family unless they ask for it, he didn't push me to that point. I just think he's a facking douche.

perhaps that thought also entered my mind

***wow I did miss a lot with kencan98, sounds like a gongshow.

maybe he's like the redneck with the mullet I saw at lunch get mad at someone when he blocked the drivethru at a tim horton's with his truck and then had to move for people to get out for the drive. Thought he was going to lose his mind because someone needed him to move his truck. Good entertainment while having a smoke, but the wiener almost knocked over my ninja on his way by and got a finger from me too.
