that can be more interesting.. especially now that designs are moving away from the old block style buildings and aesthetics are playing a larger role in the design.

if he decides to go that route tell him to focus on the construction estimating end of things.. hell.. take one or two extra courses geared towards estimating. form and function are all great and wonderful but as you well know.. in this world budget is king.

he will make a lot of his clients happy if he can design something that satisfies them and come in under budget.
