Well if there was ever an example of what playoff experience does for a team that was it.

Thought the small flip passes were a really bad idea. simple short passes weren't made.

They basically tried to play a regular season game in the playoffs and got burned.

At least they've been given an extra day off for Carlyle to work on some things.

I'd like to see Frattin inserted.

Grabs wasn't bad, but still, he can't expect this to work next year. We need him producing all season

- AngryWhiteMale

I doubt we see much of Grabs at all next year.

yeah I sometimes wonder if he recycles stuff because he is often pretty freaking funny. The thing is, he seems to hit on a variety of subjects. I think he's just a real funny guy

Turning point last night was JVR hitting the cross bar, then that homo Redden turning around and burying it.

That goes in, and it's a different game

It was not Redden.

JVR hits the post or crossbar, and 5 seconds later, Horton, coming back from injury, tips a shot in with his stick like 2" below the crossbar.

It was all over.

I honestly wonder what happens if JVR has a little more luck on that play.

I noticed that too. They stopped playing, probably frustrated by how badly they were outplayed. Happened to me on Tuesday night beer league...black team just couldn't make a pass

Yeah, probably.

I still think for a team of mostly playoff first timers, that was a really deflating way to end the first period.

Redden took the shot. That would've just delayed the inevitable. Bruins stomped them every single shift of the game.

Nice move by jvr, wonderful skating.... Bad break, but wtf was he doing after the post? The puck was right there for him and he skated over it to throw a hit, missed and they turned it back up ice on them. IMO if he plays the puck back deep instead different story

They get in trouble when they don't do fundamental things properly, like get the puck in deep, get the puck out of their own end, get it past the Dman at the blueline etc.

I am really starting to wonder again... how long has it been since he was productive? I hope we aren't see the usual Kadri collapse... just a version of it delayed a little longer.

I really wish he would just shut his mouth about winnable series' and then come out and be invisible.

Agreed... Do the little things right, don't panic don't try to do too much. Work together and let your skill take over when you get your chance.
