There was a penalty yes (slash)? I don't think so
that should have been a game misconduct for sure

4-1 isn't near as bad as it could have been, having said that, the Bruins allowed some pretty hefty scoring chances considering they "absolutely destroyed" them.

I was funneling 3 pints at once by the part of the game...I only seen him skating to the box...missed the spear..I think when your team is being dominated that your allowed to do that!!! NO?

Oh no doubt, but as bad and nervous as the Leafs looked, they still could have changed the game by scoring on one or more of those big chances. It just shows that if they can get over their nerves and not rush the play like they did, they can make a series out of it.

Bruins are built for the playoffs and it took Boston going through many growing pains as well. It sucked, trust me

Congrats on making it to the playoffs and no matter what happens in this series your team will only get better and grow from it.

Unfortunately people think he is a number 1 guy, he isn't. I've been saying all year that the one big piece they need to become contenders is a true number 1 guy. He's a 2 maybe 3 on a championship team, unless they are doing a platoon system, which they are not, he gets way too many minutes. His first pass has always been his big problem. Likes to rifle it against the boards 2 feet up and expect the winger to control it.

But at the same time, the fact we had those chances at all shows Boston isn't perfect. We gave up a million chances. But they gave up a few. If we can cut down on ours, capatalize on theirs, we have a whole new game.
They have holes in their game, and we've showed that yesterday. Now all we have to do is jump on their weaknesses. Easier said than done, yes. But not impossible.

Exactly, a nervous Leaf team had 3 of the most wide open chances in the game. Julien will not be pleased with that. If Bozak scores - whole new game. If Komorov scores, they wouldn't have pinched in the third and allow 3 2 on 1's cause they wouldn't have had to. The Leafs lost and played poorly and still drummed up huge chances, so if they can move on from the nerves (especially Kadri - looked like a ten year old), this will be a long series.

it's better for hockey if the leafs win. they'll be tough to beat at home with that crowd so they just need to steal one in boston.
