Anyone else notice the Bruins taking a page from the Bill Belichek school of playing up your opponent to take pressure off yourself.
Seems like everything the Bruins said prior to and even after the game was blowing the leafs. And they seemed to say it with a kind of smirk about it, as if they didn't really believe it.

It's all confidence at this point. Just head games.
If the Leafs had been able to steal one right out of the gate, they might have been able to change the dynamics of the series.
I really wish JVR had potted that short-handed chance. That's the type of goal you need to snap out of this Boston problem. |

Totally agree, even noticed that during the regular season when Julien would comment on how good a team the Leafs were in pre and post game interviews...could totally see he was trying not to giggle while saying it. |

I hate the bruins. Tough series for me to wish either a victory. But man was last night annoying. Everything the leafs did last night was their first in 9 years according to simpson
