Rolston put Stafford Foligno and Scott on a line today. Why do I want a coach that will put 2 top 6 forwards with a part time NHL fighter on the same line? Seriously Rolston lines sucked I have no clue why he put the players he did together because you can see they had zero chemistry. - hambolt
Well he does look like a chemist, so maybe he is just mixing all the different chemcials and hoping for an explosion |

Winner Winner Chicken Dinner.
I'd like someone out of the Detroit or Chicago organizations for next GM. I like Dudley but.... I'm done with this whole alumni to management thing. |

Nill would have been a solid choice. Botterill, Benning, Hextall and Loiselle are a few names I would be interested in.
And of course Dudley. |

but at the same time i feel that dracy should keep his options open.
because you just never know.
or give me some one like ron some one that can teach
i think the sames fans want a coach and captian that isn gonna yell and scream and get made there is no prof of that working or not working.
buffalo is a blue colar city what a joke every time i go out i see people asking for money blue colar means you work hard and put in the extra hours so you don't have to ask a freind or family member for money and you can pay your own bills on time. |

He's talking about John Torterella. And it's Trotz, not trots. |

True, But I dont think you mix Scott with scoring forwards will make him a scorer. |

at first I thought no way then towards the end of the season he impressed me by calling out mike Harrington in the post game and he stuck up for miller a couple times. lindy threw players under the bus rather than sticking up for them...see leino, roy, myers, vanek etc. that's why I like tortorella and laviolette so much they stick up for the players and will take the blame if needed. anyway my opinion of him changed as the season went on....then I found out darcy is staying so there Is no rebuild there is no change, to the organization that is, the roster will change. it wont matter who they bring in you could place hellen keller back there and she wont be able to make it work. especially with steve ott as the captian. as sully put it (I usually hate sully) steve ott hasn't seen a playoff game in over 5yrs |

I agree with the premise but not sure I would call 2 guys who totaled maybe 10 goals all season scorers. Staff is supposed to be. I thought they had some good shifts. Maybe it was an incentive for the "scorers" to start doing so to get them up from third line they worked so hard to earn. |

He had the chance to bench some players and make examples about what is expected, kept using Jochen Hecht, didn't really do anything to Stafford or other under performing players to set a "This is what is expected attitude", if he is coach next year, going to be very bad. |
