As soon as I said that, they had a somewhat decent shift. Every shift before that, they got hemmed into the defensive zone.

No they dont. No one is intimidated by goons in the playoffs. You cant fight. You cant risk drawing roughing penalties. Guys who can actually throw their body around and score, guys like Lucic, those guys intimidate not freaking Colton Orr. I was worried it would be a problem going into it and it clearly is. Look at Bostons fourth line and how effective theyve been.

I don't have high expectations for this series. In fact making the playoffs exceeded my expectations. Anything beyond that is bonus.

I don't know if you watched the shift they just had two minutes ago, but it was in Bostons end the whole time, and came pretty (Frattin) close to scoring.

Okay, fine. You say intimidation is out the window. All that leaves is a strong cycle line, always keeping it in their end, solid checks that wear and tear Boston, and more confidence given to our goal scorers. Granted, the latter hasn't helped much tonight. But I'd say far from useless tonight.

Maybe the Leafs should have traded for Luongo! Reimer is terrible tonight! He is getting exposed badly up high. HAHAHA Leafs will get swept... The ones who suffer the most is the Leaf fans, they will be overcharged again by MLSE for their sh1t and be treated like garbage again. It's clear the Leaf players and organization don't care about winning. It's all about money for the organization and playing as individuals for the players...
