Its also not public office, who cares. She was hired because she was pretty and likable, neither of those things change because she said sex accidentally or made some jokes on youtube that probably helped her gain attention and eventually the CSN job. What a coward move by CSN (unless there's an unreported reason, but my opinion still stands)

Until CSN itself comes out and says the youtube videos were the reason for her firing it is all speculation and there are no facts. Please read the definition of what a fact is before you claim what an alleged fact is.
