I think I would be doing the same thing. Then could you imagine all the posts about Brouwer in the thread? Oh boy! It would be a circus!
By the way, you can type the word "damnit" with out the Hockeybuzz expletive auto-correct. - EKolb13
Please.....please it would be like the Olesz comments all over again ......the Getzlaf trades prior to that.....currently we are on a simmer of Stalberg to the 4th line thoughts....it never ends. |

Probably should get together around draft time....
The party will be very well done. WE all can take a few minutes and explain what Bollus means to us, as in a "Festivus" type of manner...."Bollus-vus". We'll set a tiered celebration based on the compensation coming back for Bolland. keg stand, shot, shot gun of beer, etc.
As far as the drink goes...something that is over hyped, worshipped by many, but once you drink it...you realize it's not up to par to the fame it receives....Like an over hyped wine....Even the guys at the Committed Indian have started to rip him, and they take a little blame for giviing the "fabulous weapon" nickname.
My viewing intensity has actually decreased since 36 has been MIA since Vancouver. i don't find myself mumbling profanity and waiting for the horrible penalty at the wrong time. I do miss the wide open net shanks, though....
Agreed on Sharp. Playing with 1 arm. Leading by example....Guy is a warrior... - SteveRain
There's going to be a lot of disappointed party goers when it turns out that Sharp is the core player who's actually traded. Book it.

At that point, it becomes a "Sharpus" party.
I'm not looking to drag Bolland through the mud. Really, I just want him to come back healthy and be able to contribute in the playoffs like he has in the past. It helps the Hawks.
After the Hawks season is done, then it's time to send Bolland somewhere else. There's enough talent in the pipeline to replace him, and his cap hit isn't going to be conducive to what the Hawks need next season. |

any of you seen this before: the kings are in need of a change and scuderi calmly delivers the puck into the bench...no penalty call.
so unintentionally sending the puck over the glass is a delay of gme but depositing into the bench is not...
i have never seen that before...expect other teams to take note...how did the great rule makers miss that one |

We better beat minny. Could see going 5 or 6 games, though. Detroit will be tough. Key is to stay out of the box. Problem is Detroit Always gets the key calls. Been that way for the last 10 years knowing our luck it will be the tough teams who sweep and get to rest like St. Louis and San Jose |

I always hated the puck over the glass penalty. Sure if they do it on purpose, but a lot of times puck is rolling or they just get too much air on it. I also hate giving a penalty to a guy who drops his gloves while the other leaves theirs on. Unless the one guy actually hits the other player after dropping gloves it shouldn't be a penalty |

Our pk has been great no doubt, but Detroit is starting to hit their stride. Losing Lidstrom has been huge but I think detroit can hang with the Hawks. Hopefully we play them in round 2. Don't want to face San jose, La, or the blues just yet |

Hello fellow Jaeckelii , everyone watching the Wings game ? I can't get the LAK Stl game. Hopefully the Kings win game 2 in a very long (3 OTs) OT affair , hopefully the Wings hold on to win tonight. |

Yes, and yes.
Worst is when a team is already short handed and then put one over the glass to put themselves down two. Obviously the guy put it over the glass on purpose because he wanted to be two men short....
Refs need to have discretion on those calls. |

Lol. Yeah they do need to look into those situations. I guess the league knows the officials are morons so they don't want them deciding anything on their own |
