Luongo starting tonight for Vancouver.
I think I'm rooting for a Classic Meltdown, but then again it might be fun if he plays lights out for one game just to toy with Canuck fans emotions. |

It looked to me they were wrong a few times but too many offsides anyway. - Al
I do recall at least 3 offsides that where so bang bang fast that they couldn't all be so.My real beef is that not a single replay was shown, just saying? Also at least 3 icing races with the same treatment. |

I'd settle for Torres running over a ginger. |

This is what I'm hoping for. The goalie controversy is crazy and way overblown in Vancouver, I'd love to see more fuel added to the fire. |

How about a "who can hit best while leaving their skates" contest: Torres or Hansen?

Pretty sure Torres wins that one, but if we go with hair pulling.... |

Just general Douche-baggery....Vancouver, hands down. Though STL might give them a run or their money. |

There were about 3 that I thought were incorrect...
Runs the flow of the game which helps Minny and the Hawks started to doubt themselves...Kane put himself offisdes a couple of times.

Wild took the crowd out of it early with Clutterbuck goal. After that I think any lack of enthusiasm in the crowed was mostly due to anxiety. The tension of a close game, the type many didn't expect, often seems to result is a nervous, tense calm.
Late in regulation, and in OT, when the action picked up and play was often end-to-end the crowd was goin nutz...at least as far as I could tell.
And then when Bick's scored...it was bedlam combined with relief. - ArlingtonRob
Pierre maguire just said the crowd was really loud last night. Said it really was the madhouse on madison |

It is only the 1st game and Toronto can still be tough, a lot of people think so, but I figure both series will end 4-0 or 4-1. Only bottom 4 team worth a damn in the east are the Rangers. |

Toronto and the Isles both getting worked. Didn't expect it to be so lopsided for the Leafs.
Also, if it wasn't mentioned, the Wild called up that Kuemper kid as Backstrom is still questionable to be back for game 2 if not game 3. |

Because the east has like 4 good teams. The Wild would have won the southeast going away |

I've always liked Lu. The only canuck I do like. I always thought he got too much crap from fans. I am looking forward to him going to another team in the summer. I would take him if they buy him out and we get him cheap |
