So...I didn't think the Hawks would employ the "let's suck" our way to victory strategy.

That last sequence should help Crawford calm down. That was some really bad d-zone coverage on that play though...

Hawks 'puck possession' game goes to crud if they don't have an early lead...hard to play catch up when you choose fly bys over FINISHING checks.

2 and 7 have looked terrible so far

6 shots for each team is total BS on the Hawks part. Shots need to average 2-1 Hawks. Where is Toews tonight ?

Looks like we have a Hawks team that harkens back to last yr -- totally unprepared to play. Guess they think they can just turn it on and win.

WRONG.

Right now, this looks like a team playing NOT to lose. And IMO, some of the best Hawks players are the young guys that have been beaten up on this board: Stalberg, Leddy, Frolik.

Duncan Keith looks like shi!t, made some really bad decisions already and has been lucky the Wild haven't scored while he's out there.

And of course, the great Corey Crawford. Well, I wouldn't worry at the moment about getting to 16 wins -- I'd worry about getting to 4 wins 'cause I smell another 1st round exit.
