They've been like that all year; it's terrible to listen to as a hockey fan who knows the difference between an Oiler lifting a stick to prevent a Canucks shot and what they call 'fanning on the shot 'or 'not connecting' when he sees it.

I don't agree with the notion of trading him, but if the return is right it has to be considered. There is obviously something not quite right with the makeup of the team, and trading Eberle likely isn't the solution but moves need to be made.
But damn is Ebs ever a treat to watch when he is on his game.

When this Oilers team is clicking they cannot be stopped. I think we have chased more goalies from games this season than any other team.

Yakupov's gonna be flying next season. Add in Nuge with a healed shoulder and Eberle without a broken finger and some tinkering by MacT and I'll be absolutely shocked if we don't make the playoffs next season.

I agree, if Mac T can improve the d-core and add some grit and size that can play in the top 9 then the Oilers are a playoff team. Schultz should also be better down the stretch next year now that he's been through a whole season.
