He's a good skater correct? Ive heard very mobile and mean. How's his breakout ability?
My worry is taking another ladi smid. Love smid, but not as a top 10 pick. Are there picks later in the draft where they could find a dman like zadarov?
What's risto offensive upside?
Nurse, Monahan or barkov please - ystoil
It seems Barkov has dropped a little. I wonder if its because he's hurt? (Frenchie?) |

I never said it til today, but Hall is our best player, and I dig on the Nuge.
He's not just the best on our team, but the best LW in the game IMHO. - DrinkOil
RNH will be a beast when he becomes healthy again.
~ The new beast, Hall...
~ A healthy RNH
~ A bigger, strong, faster, more experienced Yakupov
~ A mono-free Eberle
~ A more experienced Schultz

I've seen him rated as high as 14. ISS doesn't have him top 30. If it were not for an injury he would be top 15 IMO for sure. I think he'll slip to the 2nd round and the Oil can get a steal as the 37th pick.

I like what I read
Be nice if we can notch a second round forward who actually has his offense translate to the pros. |

Sure the kids might improve upon their personal stats..BFD...until Management adds some legit vets to help them out team stats will remain roughly the same.Sh!tty. |

poop happens, lots of hurt guys didn't fall very far last draft Gally was dead the whole year, Yakupov was swimming in concussions, Koekkoek lost a leg, Rielly had no knee, Murray got hurt and Grigo had Mono...and was "25 years old per idiots", in fact, almost everybody got the general malaise. |

I think Tampa picked panik, who is scoring in the ahl. LA picks toffoli who was scoring. Those are off the top of my head. I wouldn't say a miracle. 2nd round is still a high pick where loads of nhl talent are available. But yes still a crap shoot to a degree. |

Reading through these comments was painful.
Cloutier's shtick is getting kind of old. If these are his real opinions, he need to think them out a little more. If he's just joking, it's getting REALLY tired. Either way he should change things up. |

Sorry,I thought you meant NHL by pros. I was just thinking that big banging scorers in junior more often that not, make the NHL because they figured out the pro checking game. I could be wrong but with exception of few, most Power Forward types in Junior end up getting jobs as checkers if they make the NHL at all. I'm thinking of guys like Ethan Moreau. His junior stats look great. Just shows the diff between the NHl and Jr I suppose. |

Yeah,it's hard to figure him out. He's good at identifying the issues, for example the kids are doing well and the vets stink. But his answer is always more kids. Even the biggest dummies can see that we need an upgrade of veteran talent, not just a simple replacement with more children.Where has that ever worked? |
