it's about guys who came back this year after adversity not guys who got hurt and rehabed hard. everyone does that. yes this is a nice story but seriously, if you were hooked up to all the drugs melnyk has access to you'd be a machine too.
harding is a great story. probably the best. malholtra's is good. crosby's is good. every team has at least one guy nobody knows about. nobody cares about this trophy anyways. |

Agreed. There are MAYBE 3-5 names in the NHL I would even think about doing a 1-1 trade. Crosby... Malkin... Stamkos.. ??? ??? |

Clearly Karlsson has moved into the ranks of being seen as one of the most exciting players in the league.
He is very likable, enormously popular with his team mates and other players around the league. Confident without being arrogant. Not unlike his mentor Daniel Alfredsson. Watch him in warm ups, he is often laughing and having fun just playing the game. Stamkos is like this, so is Claude Giroux.
Some other star players, Crosby in particular, are miserable personalities constantly whining and complaining. Because they are not respectful of other players they do not get a lot of love in return. Hockey is in an awkward situation right now because Crosby is so personally unpopular.

Of course HGH and rightfully so. Administration by a trained medical staff all but eliminates in using hormone therapy to increase healing time. There should not be any issue with pro athletes receiving that kind of treatment under medical supervision to recovery from an injury faster, especially the top guys in their respective sport. |

Karlsson coming back is nothing short of a miracle. I would have thought that a torn achilles he would be gone till October of next season. My choice though would be Harding

wasn't torn... it was cut, and not fully severed. much easier to repair. -
stitch together and let it heal. Kid is obviously super healthy, so he's a fast healer.
good for him, but not a miracle. Was never in question whether his career would be threatened or if he would play again...just when.
