There was a pretty long waiting list even in the Golisano era. All you have to do is look at the Bills to get a picture of what the sports fan landscape is in this town. There is almost no such thing as a "bad business decision" for a sports team in Buffalo.

Not sure if you remember the old black goat days after the cup run but that place was a ghost town until they started winning again. Free tickets were everywhere and you could pretty much sit where you wanted for a lot of games. I understand that Buffalo fans are rabid since I have been one since the 70's but people don't seems as jazzed about this team and keeping either one or both of those guys may just break some folks.
