you're talking over $300 per year to swap tires twice. but they provide coffee in the waiting room.

And coffee mate. Nothing quite like service-shop coffee and powdered milk. Mmm mmm good.

yeah it's a (frank)in racket.

I think Canadian Tire charges me $30 or something because they're already mounted. then I just throw them in the shed.

just put mine on. did it at the dealer because they stored my tires there for free when i picked up the car in December and didn't think much of it. $90. to change 4 tires. then they wanted $50 for summer storage. told them i would burn the tires in the parking lot before paying $100+tax/year in storage fees.

Woahaminute...you have a car now???

WTF...I bet you have A/C too...

Canadian Tire charged me 4$ extra per tire because they said there were pressure sensors on my wheels. Went to another garage, told me there were no sensors and charged me 30$ less.

Yep, total rip off, I have summer and winter tires for both vehicles and both on rims so it's easy for me to do. I store the tires in the shed off the back of my garage and I have an air compressor so I'm all set. I even have a torque wrench

a little sore this morning though

all my tires are on mags and i have a bigger car so i know it takes a bit longer but i'm pretty sure i can find a grease monkey to do it for 60 and i can store my own tires.

It's pretty easy to swap out tires; all you need is about an hour on a weekend.

hi Matt,

my wife went to the drugstore yesterday to buy toothpaste.

she spent about $100 on various cosmetics and poop.

this morning I had to stop by the drugstore becasue she forgot to buy toothpaste yesterday.
