I know the area it's probably the centre at the corner of the 40 and sources.

I think you're talking about Frappeurs right? didn't know that place still existed. the indoor golf joint in kirkland has batting cages now apparently.

They really have nothing for goalies though. My Dad was looking for a new stick, but they pretty much had 3 senior sized goalie sticks.
- mr.peanut

they keep all the goalie stuff in laval i guess. they removed it all from the pointe-claire one a couple of years ago.

The one in Laval is indeed (frank)ing huge.
- Pecafan Fan

Everything in Laval has to be huge, but low.

That's why our "downtown"'s height average is about 30m.

Hopefully. Canadian Tire and good hockey gear don't match in my mind.
- Jean_Perron

Canadian Tire sells mid to low end equipment to be affordable for everyone. There acquisition of Rousseau is probably just to get a bigger foot print in the sports sales and will keep selling the higher end stuff there.

smart. good luck if he keeps playing as he gets older. new grafs, bauers, etc are $700US plus now. let alone the $220 per stick.
- Fountain-San

The trick is to find a team that pays for those.

I see it more as a pro-shop coupled with an Armada gift shop.
- Pecafan Fan

It really is, but they do have a good selection on some equipment.

Reyes: Hasn't been healthy since leaving NY, how can you not find an adequate back-up when picking up this fragile player...
Cabrera: Good pick-up.
Bautista: Needs to get over himself.
Encarnacion: Who knew that after one good season, he might struggle again.
Lawrie: Worth cheering for.
Arencibia: Worth cheering for.
Rasmus: Worth cheering for.
Lind: heading to AA after this season.
Bonifacio: The hype around this guy this summer was incomprehensible. It was complete rubbish and now people are starting to see it my way.

Richardey: Hadn't done anything before NY, Wonder if he'll ever do anything before returning to New York.
Buerhle: Will figure it out. But this guy is an inning-eater, not someone that will throw shut-outs.
Johnson: Will probably only start going in the second half.
Morrow: Will probably only start going in the second half.
Happ: Worth cheering for.

Bullpen: Awesome.

Gibbons: By far the worse selection possible. The Jays team he had last time lacked intensity and purpose and surprise, surprise, same thing can be said about this team. At what point do people start pointing to the common denominator here. No emotion, no give a poop factor. Sad really that you'd saddle such high hopes on such a douche.

yeah it's (frank)in ridiculous.

I have a friend who has some contacts and he gets me skates. I cringe when I see them at the store for 700+
