I would say we hold on to things a lot longer than most. Ive been to a few road games some better than others. Never ever ever ever go to Chicago - hubie
Its funny you say that. I get so many mixed reports out of cities like Chicago, Nashville and wherever else. I think it has to do with how you handle your self in dealing with duches and who you are unlucky enough to sit near.
edit: the only consistent report I get is out of Philly. |

Chicago cliff notes verison
after tailgate pelted by snowballs cussed at
during game (we sat in last row of 100's so I know) every 5 mins being slapped on the back "how does that feel" blah blah this blah blah that. Literally one guy was nice the whole time.
KC- everyone was great and nice the whole time. I expected arrowhead to be rougher.
HOnestly, I think our fans are the second worst to the bears that ive seen. Neve been to Phily |

Miller won at least 30 games 7 years in a row. Hasek never did that. Miller won 40 games twice....Hasek once..
Just sayin. |

apparently there is an arguement seeing as people have different rankings. I like Mill seen him play longer then most . |

I live in Chicago and go to a few Hawks games. It's become more of a scene than anything. I'll never bash bandwagon fans because the more fans supporting the city and team the better but my problem is that it drives up ticket prices astronomically. Obviously this happens to any team when they are winning but you couldn't get a 300 level ticket for under $180. Sporting events are becoming more of a suit atmosphere each year. Ask a Hawks fan at the game who was the captain before Toews, good luck getting the right answer. |

The whole slapping on the back thing, its all about how you handle it. Its all about psychological warfare. If you stand up and posture like your tuff and you're going to do something, he's already got you where he wants you. Captain duchebag wouldn't be taunting you if he didnt already know you have him numbered. But if he was actually tough, he wouldnt have to pick on an outsider when he hoards of friends getting his back. You have to come up with really creative ways to expose and exploit poopheads. |

ask the same question 15 years from now and theres no question miller ranks above the others.
same if the sabres were good right now. people are putting him lower just because they arent winning right now

I think the suit and tie atmosphere comes from winning. Figure if the team sucks your not going to give tickets away cause who would want them. But they win the cup so now everyone is a fan and everyone wants to go. My dad has seats for his company and most people here wont take em most of the time seats go empty most games. |

If it's between Hasek and Miller it's Miller hands down. Hasek's whining makes miller look like nothing. Hasek whined, dove threw fit, moved to another team, moved back home saying that its better education and life for kids in chez then us. Then last year crawls back here cause no one else in NHL wanted him begging Sabres for a job. Pathetic. If Miller leaves and has great career elseware I wish him well. If he leaves then quits then crawls back here looking for work then I'd say they are about the same. You can have the best stats in the world if your a douche bag whiner you go to the bottom of list. If I had to rank top Sabres he would be near bottom half of top five. Throw in his personality and I don't even want to remember he was on this team. |

28th in puck possession
29th on the PP
26th on the PK
30th on fewest shots given up
29th on most minor penalties
This is the reason its "time to move on from Miller" "hes overpaid" "hes a loser" "every goal is his fault".... I personally cant wait to get rid of Miller. Just like we couldnt wait to get rid of Roy. Our team is going to get worse. |

Oh my god.
Edit: Hasek was the best player in the world at one point. There is no other Sabre you can ever say that about. |
