There is a lot a good goalie can do about a breakaway or a tip. But I agree, there is nothing Corey can do about it. And yes, the fact the hawks are either afraid, or too delicate to hit is a very big problem heading into the playoffs. - fvineze
Yeah, the Hawks are getting dominated in every facet of the game and its Corey Crawford's fault
Shaw's showed some fight tonight as he usually does. Saad looks disinterested.
Bollig and Carcillo still are afraid to come out from under Q's skirt.
Just a completely pansy arsed performance through 40. - philco28
I'm sure they are tired after the two overtime games and the long flight to Van, but again, if you are gonna play your regulars, you expect a better effort. If the Hawks had sat a few guys and brought up a Pirri, Hayes, etc from Rockford and they got blown out, I would have cared less. I haven't seen them disinterested since the Flames game where they gave up almost 50 shots and Razor was the only reason they won that game.
apparently Q has instructed them to shut it down and rest or something but if that's the case, just sit the "core" instead of this debacle where someone could get seriously injured. - patorioto
I've been saying it for 2 1/2 seasons.
Out hit the hawks and they can be beat. They're getting smacked around and no one is doing anything in this game.
They are gonna be in trouble if/when they face the Ducks,Kings,Canucks. - Blackhawks4life
It doesn't mean anything...because the hawks are losing
So temperamental!
The game isn't over, the Hawks have been down 3-0 to the Nucks before and made it very interesting... - Mattjd123
Trust me, this one is over. The Hawks never showed up for this game and I doubt they are suddenly going to turn it on in the third. Unless the Canucks score on themselves 4 times, this one is in the books.

Maybe someone wants to knock Hansen on his ass ??? - mrpaulish
He falls over on his own plenty, no need to help him.
Not a very inspired game for the Hawks, but it is a tight schedule on the road. They know how to play when it matters. The Canucks have far more to prove tonight and they're playing like it.

Agreed RG....everybody in the org should be ASHAMED of this performance...starting with the head coach.
