Considering Miller's time as a Sabre is just about over I think it's pretty crumby how he was treated tonight. Guy has been a very good player for the Sabres for a long time. Is it the right move for both parties to go their own way now? Yes of course but the Bronx cheers are unnecessary.
This isn't a case of arguing if fans have the right to boo, they do. It's about whether its appropriate, and in this case it's not. - Gunner Staal
You have your opinion, but you don't pay for season tickets. They pay, they show up to a piss poor performance and they boo. He is a loser, no matter how good he is, he fails when the pressure is on. Boo on people who shell out the $$ |

This is a fitting end to this team.
No heart and lots of whining all season long. They get a tiny glimmer of hope to make the playoffs and what do they do against a team they absolutely need to beat? Completely fold and end up getting stomped.
I'd be happy with a loss that was hard-fought. But this is ridiculous. This team is ridiculous. This whole season has been ridiculous.
And Ott needs to STFU with his b!tching about fans booing because this is why they boo. |

I was like a little kid on XMas when we drafted him. His first game as a sabre was awesome . was optmistic he would be our goalie to win the cup. Game vs detroit killed all expectations . Always seemed a a over paid media hyped goalie up to me. Has never won anything for the team. And the media hypes him up like he won multiple cups .
End of rant . ty - cabin
It isn't the 90's. No goalie can put a team on their back like when Hasek did it.
Hasek > Miller no doubt, but the two eras are very different and almost impossible to compare. |

Miller = traded
Who cares about Enroth? I care that Mr Softee is a goner - at the very MOST I have 85 ish games left to deal with him - AT MOST!! - atlsabsfan
You will care about Enroth when he's your goalie playing more than 15 games. Miller has won 4 games this year facing 40+ shots in a game, leads the NHL |

Just want to say, you cant amnesty a player who finishes the year injured. If lenio does not come back he wont get the buyout. Per new cba rules. |

I agree.
Miller seemed to genuinely want to bring a cup to buffalo, not just win one for himself. Ill be sad when he goes. |

When are you ass kissing Miller apologists going to get it through your heads? He is a (frank)ing LOSER. Replace him with anyone. Get what you can for him and put him in the rear view mirror, addition by subtraction. Good bye. |

Revisit the standings dude, not enough games for that to happen. Most likely drafting between 6-9. - Sabresfan-365
I know where we are most likely drafting. Just think combining two picks for a high draft pick should e an option and one of those picks will have higher trade value the worse we do
Sabres officially lost now. Time to hope Darcy is fired |

Thanks bud, if you read the rules a little further you'd know that it's two buyouts that can be used this year and next year. Thanks for coming out |

Because miller isn't even a part of the problem in buffalo right now.
Losing him doesnt help us. I'd like to see him traded regardless cause I'm not interested in resigning him for 6 again.
But miller has done a lot with the poopty teams in front of him. There isn't many goalies I'd rather have, if we weren't in a cap era. |
|
|
|
All goalies gave up 4 goals tonight.
Hell, I think we might have had a chance if we just let Miller stay in the net. Enroth was soooo much better tonight, wow hes a true NHL starter. I think Richards 3rd goal was worse than Miller's botched clearing attempt. |
