That series was a coin flip. Neither team was favored beforehand.

I don't see how the Pens and Blackhawks don't make it to the finals. The only team out west that I thought could give Chicago trouble was Anaheim and they have really dipped in play lately.

True but a random 7 game stretch during the season is a lot different than a seven game stretch against the same team in the most intense environment. Not saying that means they'll lose, but it doensn't guarentee they'll win.

It was but it wasn't. I'm actually a big Crosby fan. I love watching him play. Pens are my 2nd team. I just think the 1st round is by far the most physical, mean and loose series there are. After the 1st round teams bear down and play smarter

I don't see Pittsburgh flaming out in round 1 again. They were their own worst enemy last year. Very undisciplined. The addition of two very well respected captains in Iginla and Morrow will go a long way in that area.

I disagree. The Pens had the 2 best players in the world and a better goalie. The Pens are usually really smart defensively too, they just forgot how to play that series

Kunitz's two penalties in the second period of game 4, both led to pp goals for the flyers

that IMO turned that series in the flyers favor and they never looked back

It was fun to watch dont get me wrong. But it got to be too much by game 4 IMO

I'm fine with moving on from Miller. I don't think we get much for him though unless he gives heads up that he will resign with that team. Maybe a 2nd line player and a late 1st or 2nd and a 3rd. Vanek similar, they are basically 1 year rentals now unlike Pominville

I thought first 2 goals were very unfortunate bounces!
3rd goal was a disaster.
Anyhow, Miller is Miller.
He had a spectacular game against the Bruins!
This season was not lost tonight!
It was lost way earlier.
