You think it's a coincidence.? He is a locker room cancer that cares more about Tim Hortons coffee and being distracted on the bench than playing hockey, he has brought this city down long enough!!!

depends on the team

If it's a talented team like we had in back to back ECF's, then yeah I can see it happen.

I can't see him carrying a team to the cup though

- homiedclown

I think that applies to all 30 starters in the league nowadays.

After Millers last game, does he just simply skate into the Hockey Hall of Fame without the waiting period?

I agree w that for the most part
I could see him win a cup w a team like Minnesota
A good but not great cast
He's certainly talented enough to get "hot" and win one if he's got a team that gives him a little support

Quick IMO did it last season
Thomas did it a few years ago

I can see it happen from a few starters

but it is a different era, that's for sure

I think the top two lines for the wild are every bit as good as a unit as our team that went to the ECF's

their top 4 d is so much better then our team back then

I could see that

Hopefully the Preds can win their game and Edmonton and Calgary can hold their leads. Lots of teams behind us have games in hand.

Until the Jeff Carter trade Quick was carrying them to 9th place. He faced an average of 22 shots per game in the SCF. Cake walk IMO

Don't agree on Quick, he was big part, but LA was terrific. Thomas is as close as it gets but that shouldn't be expected from any goalie. That's just a flat out insane level of play, nobody could sustain it.

I watched an episode of anger management the other day, on demand

she has gotten a bit uglier in the show and is a bad "actress"

she has the matching eye to go with miller though

quick had a 1.41 GAA in the post season, that is insane

team peaked at the right time, that's for sure

quick did not carry that team. they had plenty of offense. quick certainly did his part and played extremely well, but i dunno about carry.

bruins should have never been in the stanely cup. was a (frank)ing sham.

.946 save % and 1.41 GAA

he was on for every game early in every series

that alone helped the team close each series early IMO

I see Jersey and Philly moving past us
Maybe Edmonton
For anyone else to they're gonna have to get pretty hot, which is doubtful...
So I think we are looking at picking 7th or 8th

Maybe we finally get some luck and win the lottery!

He was really good. But IMO not the reason they won. Thomas the year before was 10x better. Check out the shot totals against him. He was pelted for 60+ minutes in that VAN series

i absolutely agree, but the team as a whole was firing on all cylinders. they didn't need quick to be that good to win. he was, and it made winning easier, but they weren't exactly having any trouble scoring.
