Definitely a possibility. I like Nichushkin too but I feel our 2nd 1st rounder would have to be traded as well to move up to 4 (unless a really good player is being dealt). If we do manage to keep it though I would like to see them go after a Defensemen (Zadorov maybe?) I just realized how little defense is projected to be drafted in the 1st round this year. Complete 180 from last year.

An average starter can win games in this league with the right team in front of him. With the cap, put the money where it should go and your team will be fine.

But one thing I'll give Darcy credit for is amassing a really nice group of young talent
It's amazing how many guys we are gonna have on our roster between the ages of 19-24 next year
These kids are gonna have an opportunity to grow together and really become a force
Next year will still be pretty rough,
But as they develop we are gonna have an opportunity to be really competitive for a long time

I highly doubt that's the case w/ Enroth. He rarely talks to begin with, so I doubt he constantly calls out teammates. I'm betting he's just pissed about getting embarrassed in front of his idol Lundqvist.

U can build a "winner" many ways
A guy like Bernier won't make more than 4mil in his next deal
And trading Vanek & Miller is going to open up tons of cap room anyways
Plus, a likely trade of stafford at some point, and leino getting bought out as well
