Really? Ask Nashville and Carolina... They both were in the top 8 a couple weeks back. They realized they weren't good enough to make it deep in the playoffs so the started to suck. They are now good at sucking. Get It?

The sabres will win tonight. Then the chips will fall our way leading us to the last game of the year where its win and a good chance your in or lose and your golfing. Not to argue but I just can't picture Management coming into the locker room and telling the team they stink and to start tanking for a better draft pick. A good number of the players on these teams are playing for future contracts or just to make a roster spot next season. Hockey seems like it would be the hardest sport to get a team to intentionally tank.

Again I totally agree . These kids we have up from the AHL are playing for jobs here or somewhere else . I loved Jason Pomanville but maybe we needed a change in the room ( I never saw him as a great captain ) . I just can't buy teams are tanking on purpose . Carolina lost their goalie , Other teams are having off years ,Florida is Florida ( last year was a fluke ), Edmonton is Edmonton.
I would love a top pick but I am enjoying the play out of these guys as of late.
