Right now the only proof you have is the media, CNN who is clearly unbiased and reports accurately and fairly tells you they are murderers soooo they are murderers.

The 6th Amendment offers them the right to a fair and speedy trial. Their own actions, which took away the life, liberty and pursuit of happiness of AMERICANS, prohibited that. But yeah, lets just focus on one particular amendment and not the whole picture.

And you make it sound as if when law enforcement is being shot at, they should put their guns away and yell at the guy "Hey, the 6th Amendent of the Constitution allows you to a fair trial, so you can stop shooting at us!" They're lives are in imminent danger and they have every right to shot back, to protect themselves and the citizens.

We all have the right to defend ourselves when our lives are in jeopardy, so are you saying these murderers are allowed to take away my rights when I am face to face with them and they have guns and bombs they want to use against me?

They shot and killed an MIT police officer who tried to detain them, i'm assuming there was a warrant for their arrest, to be brought into custody for proper questioning, which gave the officer the right to detain them.

Then they were witnessed and recorded shooting an officer and they were forced to return fire and one happened to die.

If this other guy is somehow detained without him blowing himself up he will also get a trial. Saddam hussein got a trial. I dont know what the hell you are rambling about
