Late playoffs IMO

I'm going to put these two losses to running into hot teams coupled with some bad play.

Ottawa and Tampa aren't lighting it up and are very winnable games. They dont need to play their best game, just grind out a win. To take WAS or NYI out, it was going to take a really good game by the Leafs.

Just my opinion, but the Islanders always look like an easy team to beat yet the Leafs always seem to struggle against them. I realize that's a generalization. The Bruins are a scary team. The Isles? The Leafs should be doing much better against them

The only day that would be really available is the Wednesday. and that would require the Bruins to play 3 straight games, plus 5 games in 6 nights.

Crazy........ it would also require to the NHLPA to agree, the CBA does not allow 3 games in 3 nights.

It would have to an exception. Delaying the playoffs would be a nightmare to try and figure out. Too many teams involved, are the arenas available for the other nights etc etc.
