I have some issues with some of his picks but other than that I think he's doing a pretty good job.

I wasn't a fan of the Smyth trade but I understand he was trying to make a push and win a series.

The other issue I have with him is the excuses and I think that's more of a fan thing than Snow. If a UFA doesn't sign here because of the "arena issue" or because "no one wants to play here" then the guy isn't doing his job. If the job is only to sign players who are dying to come to Long Island then any of us could do it. His job is to sell the organization and MAKE players want to come here. But again I think that's more of an issue the fans kind of made up.
