I believe Hall is above 50 % at the dot. It would be nice to have a 4th line center who could possibly take late game draws in the defensive zone at a very reasonable cap hit. I'm hoping he gets resigned.

When the Flyers claimed him, it was required. He was claimed on waivers by Carolina, and then traded. When that happens during the season, the player has to go back through waivers.
