It just drives me insane because the Sabres could easily be a playoff contender right now if it weren't for this joke of a shortened season... and I'm not too optimistic about what the realignment will bring.

Poll is wrong. Sabres ain't picking in the top 5 and they're sure as crap aren't making the playoffs. Not sure if each playoff blog is a subtle attempt at trolling or of you really believe it.... But man are you good at getting people to comment. Kudos.

I feel you on the season. If this were a real season it would be mid january. Definitely not panic time. But we have to live with what we were given.

As far as re-alignment Im not stressing it. Every one is all over being in a division with Detroit. For one its just a hockey team. Its not like we dont already play cup teams as it is in Pittsburgh, Boston and what not. Second they play our other division foes as well, beating them in those matches too. Im actually excited to have Detroit. We have the best division in hockey period. The rest are a joke. All the best teams (minus Chi.) right here + fun road trips to FLA to beat up on those guys.

After looking over schedules I gotta say there is almost no way the Rangers drop the next 3 outta 5. They have such a easy schedule. NYI on the other hand could easly drop the next 3 outta 5.
