She's ok. Physically she's having some hearing problems and headaches. Mentally kind of tough to tell, it's a lot for someone to go through. She seems to be taking it well though, she went to work today and even took the subway. Unfortunately, according to her Facebook, someone reported something at the station she was at and she was told to leave the platform and station. Police and T-officials were surrounding the trash cans etc. I bet that was pretty scary even though she probably knew it was nothing.

Thank you. I talked to her last night and it turns out she was about 10-15 ft away from the second explosion. The people in front of her were the one's with missing limbs and hit with the shrapnel from the bomb. Scary how random injuries occur. You can be fine and the person next to or in front of you gravely injured. She got really lucky...she was going to the bar where the explosion occurred so if there wasn't as large of a crowd or if it was detonated later it could have been way worse for her

Some other bs fan on this site was actually in that bar, from what I read

Yes, and the Rangers now fall precariously close to falling into 9th place. I think the Leafs will bounce back against the Islanders. They usually have bounce back games, when they lose badly. Sens get Caps next, so that should slow them down.

I blame (frank)ing Phaneuf, now were not going to make the playoffs cause of that bumhole.
