Look, I have family in Boston, so I'm concerned for their health and well-being: the game should be cancelled out of respect to the citizens and city of Boston.

But if the game were in Ottawa, I'd still want it to go on, and to watch it - if and when I established that my relatives were ok.

Reports of devices being found in a few places near the the ones the went off. Report that one of the devices that didn't go off was found under the grandstand at the finish line.
