The Celtics and Pacers were supposed to play tomorrow, but the NBA canceled the game. They're not going to reschedule it.

Hope everyone's friends and family are safe. I have to say, I'm impressed by how Boston PD reacted. Finding and disabling those other devices was huge. Who knows how many lives they saved.

To be honest, I have been a die hard Bruins fan for 10 years, but I have no real connection to the city of Boston or New England. I have never been to Boston, I have lived in Maryland all my life. The Bruins are my team I chose them because I could not stand the Capitals and I love their style of play. I have proudly cheered for them over the last decade. Even though I have never been to Boston I have felt a connection to the city through cheering for the Bruins. I felt the pure joy of them winning the cup and got tormented by Capitals fans last spring. When I heard what happened today I felt like my home away from home was attacked. My thoughts are with everyone effected. Stay Strong Boston

To get back to hockey for a second. Could todays disaster be a wake up the Bruins need? They get three games at home this week to provide a distraction for a city that could use one. That crowd on Friday vs Pitt should be ferocious. By Friday, they should have there full roster back.

They are so much better when they get mean. Time to build some momentum.

I think it could motivate them.
