Never said it was, I agree. If they can get it together and put a 60 minute effort together, I would not want to play them. Big if though...

I'm always here saying they're been playing pretty bad, doesn't mean they can't get it together though. Be careful what you wish for

Jagr has looked great and even though our PP percentage hasn't improved, scoring chances on it have gone up significantly.

With the games the Leafs have remaining I wouldn't worry too much. I'm pretty sure they play the lightning and panthers in the closing stretch, which should be easy wins (although we all know how that can work out)

Ya I'm not ready to accept it yet. Isn't the only real threat Winnipeg and NJ? Who would have to pretty much go 6-0 and 7-0 for the rest of the season? I'm sure there are more variables than that but just looking at it, I don't see any other threats really.

Edit: and if Toronto wins tonight NJ CAN'T pass them.

i think the 1st year they missed they were knocked out on the last day if i am not mistaken.. the islanders got in instead (i think.. its been awhile)

i also realized the other day that i have not seen the leafs in the post season since my last year of college

I figured it was 3. If we beat the Devils, Caps and Islanders that gives us 57 points. the Jets lose there next game they can't catch us.
