I've only had the chance to catch a few Oilers games as of late, but noticed they've been struggling. Is it goaltending, shady defense, lack offensive production, or just a perfect storm of all of them? I liked what I saw at the beginning of the year from them though.

I don't think Jankowski was a good first round pick, but I've seen him play a lot at Providence College and he seems to be a good player. Give him some more time to develop and I think he will be serviceable. Are those defensemen you got from the Pens any good? I know they are getting the one from Quinnipiac (sp) pretty soon right?

Did you see they're latest propaganda about pointing missiles at DC, Colorado Springs, LA, and Honolulu? They have Colorado Springs in the middle of Texas

They can threaten all they want, their missiles can't even reach Guam, not to mention the United States deployed anti-missile defense systems that has more capabilities then they're 'warheads'

Jankowski will never play in the NHL. We got 2 LW from Pit. At best, emergency call up 3rd/4th liners. Would like to see us finish in the bottom, trade our 1st overall for the second overall plus their 2nd. Then trade both our acquired firsts plus Johnny Gadreau for the 3rd overall pick. Draft Mackinnon and Drouin.

Reality says we trade our picks off for lower picks, draft some "off the board" beer leaguers and sign some washed up former stars.

Oil should take a look at Cleary in free agency. I know they are looking for size and whatnot for the bottom 6 but, I think Cleary could play a good role on a young edmonton team next season.

Yes they still have talent but back end is not very strong and stars are getting older, but Datsuk is still great
