Jump all over him? You must be a very emotional man. All anyone did, myself, included, was point out the ridiculousness of the idea that a Stanley Cup defending team could be "knocked from their pedestal" with a regular season win. If that was the case, weren't "we" knocked from our pedestal on opening night when Chicago shellacked us? He got a bit excited and got flamed for it, no biggie.

Just pointing out the stupid comment from the blogger. I've actually praised Anaheim in most of my comments and have repeated said that their only weak point is on defense. Winning the division doesn't mean anything in the playoffs and continue to point out the great job Vancouver has done year after year during the season and get lambasted for not winning the cup. Also only pointed to the Kings winning not to rub it in but to point out that they barely made the playoffs and that's all a team needs to do for the chance to win. But please continue to not comprehend what you read and go straight to the insults.

Every year other than this ones he's been top 3 in hits and has never been suspended or even fined. In fact he's only been given a game misconduct for a hit once, and replay showed the ref made the wrong call and it was a clean hit. Is he a hard hitter? Yes. Does he dive every so often? Yes. Is he dirty? No.
