HOMER!

That slash led to a breakaway, could we then have "broken" his stick?

- cranford93

That's exactly why it had to be called. If it was in the neutral or defensive zone, i think the refs ignore it.

last time I brought somebody's mom into an argument I was in the 5th grade, shouldn't you be getting ready for sunday school kid? Remember to change your drawers from yesterday.

Well it seems that when I speak to the Greenwich Village crew they have some trouble reading. I just suggested that maybe you should have someone read it for you. Could be mom, dad, neighbor, "partner", whoever.

See? Go wake up mom and have her read it to you.
- kencan98

if you actually read my first post in this blog today I actually praised the Islanders up and down, just criticized them for constantly blaming the officiating.
But, you know. R.I.F.

So you DID bring up officiating. Now we're getting somewhere.

You get a star on your chart for the day! Great job!

by all means, continue to make this personal, people tend to do that when they know little about hockey

yes, like I said, I will say again, Dee brought it up several times in the blog, so I wrote about it in my first post.

You with me?

I'm going on my observations. When I have to keep typing the same thing and people keep asking the same questions, then common sense tells me it's a reading comprehension issue.

I don't know, you have brought up my mom twice, and speculated whether I have a partner.

Is that a shot at reading comprehension, or are you just a major doosh?

Ranger fans love the word "Doosh" (Douche for the people above the third grade reading level).

Interesting.

I just suggested that you get someone to read what I am writing for you since you obviously can't comprehend it on your own.

Another example of an bumhole Ranger fan. And another example of why I hate the entire fan base.

Your pal brings up officiating and you chime in and talk about me complaining about the officials. I never said anything about the officials.

The call on KO was a blown call. It didn't change the outcome of the game and that type of thing happens to every team every game.

Why is it Ranger Fans can come in here and troll.... but if we make a comment in another blog we get banned?

Maybe the Ref's should step up?

Who knows but a simple IP switch, new email, new username fixes the "ban" problem pretty quickly.

One of the best games I've seen in years. You could feel the energy in the building through the TV. Isles still 1 point up. Need to close out the next six strong.

I actually think we were trying to have a civil hockey discussion until this guy turns it up on the personal.

But, if we could go back to Dee's earlier blogs, I came in here and said I thought the Islanders could make the playoffs in this short season when every Islander fan was singing the blues.

Nobody on hockeybuzz is more generous in their comments about the Islanders than I am.

That being said, they complain about the officiating waaaaaaaay too much.

There you go again.

Now here, the next step is simple, ask me why I'm complaining about the officials.

Go play in a corner and pretend you're being useful.

And I didn't make it personal. If I'm standing in front of someone and I have to say the same thing 10 times and they keep saying "What", it would be pretty normal to assume that a hearing problem was the issue.

Same thing goes for reading.

It's all right guys, this is like the Stanley Cup for the Rangers

Thought the Isles carried play more often...but a really good game overall -- both teams left it all on the ice. At least they got a point if they had to lose. Good goaltending, and excellent positioning defensively for both teams...there just weren't a lot of mistakes. Wish we had another crack at those guys before the season ended.

I agree, the Islanders outplayed the Rangers last night, there is no question about it

I mean "foul" towards every Ranger fan in here. I'm a fan of the game and love watching every game that I have time to see. I love real competition and wish all the teams success when they aren't playing the Islanders.

On the other hand, when it comes to the Rangers, I look forward to the Kaleta/Richards type plays.
