we just had a (frank)ing lockout because there's x amount of teams losing money. So adding more teams will fix this? By doing what exactly? having a hybrid Ahl/NHl league, oh wait we have that already never mind.

Why will a team succeed now when it didn't a few years ago?

The Nordiques succeeded a few years ago and we would have a stanley cup or two if we didn't move to Colorado. Something the leafs didn't won the past 50 years.

When your arena gets too old and no one wants to build another one it doesn't means that you didn't succeed.

does the idea of seth jones, huberdeau and absolutely nothing else. really excite you?

Jacob Markstrom, Erik Gudbranson, Drew Shore, Dmitri Kulikov, Michael Matheson, Vincent Trocheck aren't "absolutely nothing else".

good luck to you in the next 10 years. rack up those air miles so that you can see them in a cup final in seattle, markham, or anywhere else other than florida or quebec.

a team will move let's say from FLA to QUE and the two expansion teams will go to the west along with PHX relocating something like:

PHX to KC
SEA= expansion
HOU=expansion

these 3 cities would be the best for rivalries and close proximity to other NHL teams established in the west.
