Are we really doing this today? I think most people are resigned to the fact he's gonna be bought out.

Just having some yucks Joe. Have to laugh during a season like this. Keeps one sane.

Outside of game 3 vs Kitchener and even many of those weren't all on him he's been very good for them.

I blame Holmgren for that game...

If you saw it you'd blame others.

No, he has 1 more year of juniors and something I saw at least recently that he needs to work on to help his game out.

Holmgren went to watch the London Knights, and a Flyers game broke out.

Yeah the guy was 6 - 0 with a 1.24 GAA going into the game, how dare he have a bad game then come back in game 4 and play well.

We are flyers fans to us sanity is a fleeting memory as there is no rest for the wicked. And we are evil bastaches evidenced by our plight.

sounds like he's at least further along than he would have been plying part time in college.

I have seen him play a few times. Looks raw to me. I guess that isn't uncommon for an 18-19 year old kid. We shall see how he develops. I'm guessing he's probably 3-4 years away minimum.

The games I saw he was lunging at the puck. His catching glove looked extremely awkward. Kind of like the little stiff on the Little League team who plays RF for 3 innings.

Last night was the first time I really watched Lehner, man he looks solid. Always in the right spot, square to the shot, alert. He looked very robotic out there, like a machine.

The things I think he needs to work on not going down so soon when a player with the puck is close to him & lunging at that player. It puts him in a spot he can't recover from to make a save.

Well being that he is 6'5" I'm confident if he does make it to Philly, he won't have any pucks go over his head.
