Someone's gonna give me an explaination of the meaning of "all dressed"(in a hot-dog or hamburger) outside my region...why when I ask for an "all dressed" hot-dog in Quebec city or Montreal I only get mustard, coleslaw and onions?....seriously...it's (frank)ing all dressed!!! why no ketchup/mayo?

Don't get it...all dressed means everything you can get your hands on...I mean they'd put a cigarette butch in my hot dog I would only have myself to blame...I even saw some places put tomatos in my hot-dog (Lac St-Jean) when I asked all dressed...and I thought it was OK !
