i never did get this thing about height though.... average height for Montreal 72.1" and Toronto 73.5", not a huge difference

To be fair its not that much bigger... I think its more that you guys have most people around the 6' - 6'2 mark with a few on the shorter end, and we're predominantly 6' - 6'2 with a few on the larger end

I always think it's kind of funny that the gap between midget/too small for the NHL is basically 5'10 SOOO TINY, 5'11/6'0 PERFECT HEIGHT! It's like, seriously? one inch? It's not like we're measuring Richards here.

Look at Crosby 5'11 but his legs must weigh 40 pounds of muscle, that's the real difference. There are a lot of small skill guys that just get tossed around because they don't have the right speed/weight ratio (or the hard work).
