and Jets. Hope last Leafs game is meaningless for standings.

Is Diaz dead?
- stinger67

He's been skating with the team apparently close to coming back.

Yes....even more than Reiminister.

I should be something snappy like "Reim Master J"

THAT WOULD BE AWESOME!

- stormey

if he is, he's a wight, as he's been skating...dead people don't usually skate.

(frank) Boston...

but at least if you lose to them, you lose to a team that's renowned as being a good team...the leafs on the other hand, I don't think I could stomach losing a playoff series to them...

- number_23

That would be terrible. I would never hear the end of it

I don't disagree that the Leafs are better than in years past, but I don't think they're good enough to win a playoff series vs. Montreal or Boston...just my opinion. I realize some people will disagree.
- 3M

Over the last 123 games Montreal has 4 more points than Toronto.

Over a season yes. Playoffs no.

Refs put their whistles away in the playoffs every year no reason that will change this year. Beaulieu is good at PP and creating offense.

Tinordi can take the punishment of a 7 game series better I'm thinking

- blarneylad

You'd be surprised at just how close PP time is in reg. season vs. POs.

I still don't think Montreal is a good enough team to say "x team is not good enough to win against the Habs".
- _nay_

Every team is beatable in the East. Only the Pens with a healthy Crosby are clearcut favorites in the first round imo.

guys,

The Habs are playing well but I don't think any team in the playoffs should be taken lightly whether it's Boston or the Leafs.

Yes. Physical teams tend to do better in the playoffs.

- Feeling Glucky?

But slower teams tend not to fare very well. This is a vicious circle.

This is sort of how I feel about the Leafs when people say that Montreal would likely lose a playoff series against them.

A wight can drain the life energy out of victims by touch, turning them into new wights upon death.

A wight appears as a weird and twisted reflection of the form it had in life. Wights are always lawful evil.

Well, Diaz speaks German, so, that seems accurate.
