i hate losing but would like to win......the draft lottery

Want the kids to get used to playing and be competitive. No goals just get used to the grind of the NHL. Team will be different after the draft. Most Sabres fans have accepted the fact this year is the best to rebuild the team . so far management has done a good job setting up for the future. Just need to be patient (getting tired of that) and see what happens over the summer. I'm excited we dismantled the failed
core and its possible the locker room becomes a team now .

Great draft year to get a top 3 pick and a few other 1st round picks

Sucks to lose but at least you know ultimately the Sabres will have a few top prospects coming up. Finishing just outside the playoffs every year isn't better, don't get those top prospects unless you fluke out at the draft.
