I guess I'm still young (only 24) with nothing here for me. My famjam and friends are all back in my hometown.. I don't like paying 3,700 a year for property taxes either. Move me back up north!!!

You dont get much for 500k these days, unless you're going way way out of the city.

I got a 2400sqft home for 480k. Not sure what more you can ask for that price.

I was just (frank)ing with you. Its a fine line for them.

Though I do wish they could at least take the possible suspects to court and let a jury decide from whatever evidence and witness testimony they can gather. Eventually, if they put enough heat and charges on some of them, you would hope one of them would crack.

Milton has one of the lowest property taxes within the GTA.

My family/friends are up in the north york, scarbs area. With the epcarpment just downt he road, its perfect for an outdoorsman like me. Plus its a great for raising kids, outside of the city.

Ahhh, I just got into the right business man. That's all it is. School doesn't give kids enough guidance into careers that are out there... I'm only in the position I am in because of my old mans best friend who got me into the career I am in now.
