Yeah, the rest of Canada isn't giving them enough transfer payments. It's not enough money for the citizens of Quebec. They protest their tuition fee's, although their's is the lowest, in Colonial Canada. They pay $7.00 a day, for day care and it's not enough. They want the rest of Canada to pony up more money, so tuition and daycare are free. |
