Yea, the 2nd one where Martin hit Talbot once and then he turtled worse then Trent Hunter did against either Hatcher/Pronger on the Flyers and then he backed off...(Side note: Talbot is a bi tch.)

I have no excuse for Roided up Gillies but if you got the Isles thread from yesterday, there is a nice picture of him working for his new employer... although he is still roided up yelling at people.

I will say one thing tho, Gillies is a tough guy so he wasnt acting. Doesnt make what he did right of course

I love those kinds of games but officiating did you guys a huge favor after the Martin SUCKER punch by kicking out Engellend and Rupp it left things lopsided. Gillies never looked real tough when Godard was around. What was this thread about?

I came in late to the thread, so im not sure but someone made a gif of him standing in a McDonalds drive thru window and he was yelling at a car that had driven about halfway passed the window.

That fight was weak though. That Haley was good that night. He had the Pens pissed and he didn't do it cheap. Still wish Godard didn't jump the bench because Johnson is tough

Yeah it wasn't a classic bout, but my point was that gillies could hang with him and I'm still pissed the Isles let Godard go. Is he playing in the AHL anywhere or is he done? Haley was like a coked up lunatic that night.

The guy on his own team that shot the puck so wide that it hit Sid in the mouth when he was not that close to the net should get the Anti-Hart. If his team mate could hit the net, Sid would still be playing. Watch the video... PATHETIC

I'm a huge fan of fighting but sadly I think it will be banned within the next 5 years. These guys are so big and strong now that somebody is going to eventually get killed or suffer severe brain damage from a fight. Sucks because its gonna let the rats run around with their chests sticking out

I dont think they will ban it entirely... I think something along the lines of 1 game suspension for a fight plus the team gets fined. Then depending on fights a player has he will get more games and increased fines. (Kinda like how the technical foul penalty in the NBA happens)
