What guitars ?

- WaterBoy

Bought a small cabinet, not the huge 4x12.
I bought a Crate with a Celestion Vintage 30 in it. Sounds pretty good.

I have a few guitars... BC Rich Mockingbird, ESP-LTD (don't remember the number but it looks like a black Les Paul) and a Fender Strat (Mexico).

Nothing out of this world really as I don't play as much as when I was younger.

The Mockingbird is a gift from my GF. I think it was our first Christmas together.

I like the model, it's so (frank)ing glam metal.

Stop in at Backstreet Records and see if they have any used adverts. I picked up a Roland Cube 60 tube 25 years ago that is still great from someone they knew. Paid around 200 for it. Lots of flex and is louder than you'd think.

I (frank)ing love the sound though. It's hard to find a more metal sound unless you shell out a ridiculous amount of money on a Jackson.

I still have an old Univox LP Deluxe, probably dates from the seventies...it was my first guitar when I was 13. I just wonder if it's worth it to get it repaired.

I think that's what gives it such a "vibrant" metal sound. That said, my amp's got a pretty warm sound, so it works pretty well for me.
