I had not taken the time to respond to your banana inquiry previously.

I have also been experiencing hardships in finding good bananas.

Such displeasure had to be swiftly countered and I devised a plan which I now willingly share with you.

As I eat a banana about every second day, I purchase the green ones 3 or 4 at a time, at least four days before I expect to actually eat them.

This gives the banana a proper maturation period and the expected ripeness that makes it enjoyable to eat.

As a matter of fact, I am eating one right now and it is delicious.
