I think you're being a little homer-ish.... Towards the Senators there Mr. Stuart. Yes Ottawa played a good game, however so did the Lightning. At man times we had sustained attack, 2 fire checkers in on there defense and ALOT of the shots on Bishop were distance and perimeter shots. You were right about Aulie, he has improved greatly under Cooper. Brewer has played well as has Carle (other then causing the second Ottawa goal by attempting to jump for it.
The officating overall was MLB bad.

if rangers lose tonight they get 1 point (OT) now ..putting them at 43, if we win tmrw night we are at 38 and only 5 pts back...and only 6 pts from washington and 4 from wpg..with 2 games at hand on wpg and 1 game at hand with wsh...

i know you guys are all tired of hoping for a miracle and "if they lose" or "we have games at hand" but its fun to sort this stuff out, and any team could fall apart and we could get streaky ...just fun thoughts to think about

wsh is hot lately. but look at their entire first half...they could easily start playing that way again...look at tampa bay and how easily we sometimes fall apart, fall flat.. that would leave wpg ahead by only 4 points (if we win tmrw) and we have 2 games at hand things would look great
